Where do my videos go?

Nowhere. Transcription, the edit and the export all run on your phone. Nothing is uploaded.

The edit never finished

Keep the app open, or leave it in the background with the phone unlocked, until the "ready" notification arrives. The first edit on a new phone also downloads Apple's speech model, which needs a network connection once. If a project stays stuck, open it, tap •••, choose Delete, and import the clip again.

The app cut something it should have kept

Open the project, tap Edit, and use Restore to bring back any removed section. Every cut is on the timeline and can be undone.

Restoring a purchase

Open the You tab, then Settings, then Restore purchases. Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store: to cancel, go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

Open the You tab, then Settings, then Delete account. This removes your anonymous account on our side; your projects stay on your phone until you delete the app.
